  • Dual Seal Design：The FD1010-2RSD-T-P4S Series With Seal bearings feature a unique dual seal structure that effectively prevents foreign substances such as dust, water vapor, and impurities from entering the bearing interior, protecting the rolling elements and the raceway and ensuring a good lubrication state even in harsh environments, extending the service life.
  • Precision Component Fabrication：The rolling elements are made of high-quality steel and finely ground to have a smooth surface, with the dimensional accuracy strictly controlled within a very small range, fitting closely with the raceway to reduce friction losses. The rings are forged and processed through multiple processes from high-strength alloys, possessing excellent roundness, cylindricity and surface hardness, providing solid support for the rolling elements.
  • Adaptable Cage：The cage selects high-strength engineering plastics or alloy materials based on the movement characteristics of the rolling elements.
