Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings are precision-engineered for high rigidity and heavy-load applications. Their dual-row ball arrangement with inner/outer ring contact surfaces enables simultaneous handling of bidirectional axial loads and radial loads. The symmetrical design distributes moments effectively, enhancing tilting resistance and making them ideal for precision systems requiring high stiffness.
Structural Features
Dual-row Symmetrical Layout
Balls arranged in back-to-back or face-to-face configurations eliminate axial clearance and improve rigidity.
Capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads (Fₐ ≥ 2×Fᵣ) and tilting moments.
Contact Angle Optimization
Standard angles: 30° (general purpose) / 40° (high axial load).
Customizable up to 60° for pure axial load scenarios.
Precision Manufacturing
Inner/outer rings: GCr15 bearing steel (HRC60-64 hardness) or AISI 440C stainless steel.
Roundness ≤1.5μm, waviness ≤0.1μm.
Sealing & Lubrication
Options: Double-lip seals (2RS) + labyrinth dust protection.
High-temperature variant: Perfluoropolyether grease (-50℃~+250℃).
