Structural Features

  • Type: It is a single-row angular contact ball bearing, suitable for withstanding radial and unidirectional axial loads.
  • Material: It uses ceramic balls (a hybrid bearing design). The ceramic balls have the characteristics of light weight, high hardness, and strong wear resistance. They can reduce friction and heat generation, and significantly improve the rotational speed capacity.

  • Contact Angle: The contact angle of the HC719-EDLR-P4S is 25° (E), while that of the HCB719-CDLR-P4S is 15° (C). So, the HC719-EDLR-P4S has a stronger axial load-carrying capacity.
  • Cage Material: Some models may use a nylon cage (T), which further reduces friction and weight.
