BNR10/19 Main Shaft Thrust Bearing Ultra-high Frequency

BNR10/19 ultra-high speed thrust spindle bearings are available with a 30° contact angle for high speed requirements or higher rigidity, as well as a 40° contact angle for BTR. As a bearing set, they can withstand high axial loads from both sides and feature a small ball design for high speed performance, high stiffness and low heat generation.

  • The BNR10/19 main shaft thrust bearing adopts a design specifically optimized for high-frequency working conditions. It has a unique roller arrangement structure. When the bearing bears axial thrust, it can evenly distribute the load, effectively avoiding the occurrence of stress concentration points, and thus ensuring the stability of the bearing during ultra-high frequency operation.
